Going for my Tesira Server IO cert and ran across a question that I couldn't figure out how to answer. @madsoundguy @Biamp what am I missing here? I passed the quiz but I don't know how to go about figuring this out if I need to in the future.

@chasemccloud To clarify, the .exe downloaded and defaulted my screensaver to the logo I was trying to save for our client. So starting the recording, previewing the logo for 10 seconds, exiting and editing the recording took care of everything. Took a bit to figure that work around out.

Had like 4 trouble tickets for one site this morning. Solved 5 before 9. Currently downloading AutoCad LT to open a SCR file to try to give them their original logo back. Can’t #RiseAndGrind unless you have dedication. Real talk, who creates animated logos in CAD? 😩

@chasemccloud It didn’t look like it after doing some digging. It was made using a 3rd party software in 2011 that generated an .exe file. The screensaver pointed to a .scr file and had Autocad’s emblem. When I opened it, it was a big enough text file to crash notepad. 🤣

So I couldn’t do anything with that file. So instead of giving up, I got recording software and video editing software and previewed it full screen on my machine, clipped it, and it’s all good to go. Thats what customer experience is all about #TheExtraMile @madsoundguy @avtweeps

@chris_neto @madsoundguy I’m at 7 years in the industry and am in my mid twenties I find that every year I learn about a new facet of this industry that makes me realize how much more to learn there is and having that feeling is the best I don’t know if I’ve made it yet but I know I’ll never stop growing
