General Sibiya: “I Get the Feeling the Evidence Leader Is General Mkhwanazi’s Lawyer”
General Sibiya appears to question the approach of the evidence leader, suggesting that the questioning does not seem to be probing enough and at times gives the impression that the evidence leader is acting more like General Mkhwanazi’s lawyer.
He adds that if he is wrong in his assessment and the evidence leader is simply trying to probe and ask these types of questions, he apologises.

The witness said the farm was frequented by prominent taxi bosses, businesspeople and politicians. He further testified that, after a disagreement during a taxi peace talk in KwaZulu-Natal, he heard that the late businessman wanted General Mkhwanazi to come to the farm.
Patricia Mashale alleges that after drugs were seized, police officers went to the scene to remove the drugs,.
She says General Khan was informed that police officers were removing the drugs from the scene. He then went to the crime scene and allegedly called the head of DPCI to take over the scene.
