Grade 8 graduation committee is looking for volunteers. Please email [email protected] if you are able to help. That would be greatly appreciated! 📷
We would need help in set-up between 1 and 3 in the afternoon and also during the grad ceremony and chaperoning.

Your child need not be in Grade 7 for you to help out with this, any grade parent is welcome! Please email [email protected].
Also if you have kids in grade 7, this would be a great insight into organising the graduation next year.

Hello All!

The school council is hosting the annual staff appreciate day tomorrow and we are very low on food donations and volunteers.

It would be great if some of you can donate some food items / money / and most importantly your time.

Staff appreciation is an all day buffet style breakfast and lunch for teachers donated/funded by the parent council aka parents of alton village to say thanks for taking care of our kids.

Volunteers are needed from among the parents to help set-up the games in the gym from 5 PM on Thursday and also during the event untill 8 PM. Like every year, this can be possible only with the love and support of the community ❤

This is a FREE event held by the AVPS Council with the help of the Student leadership team this year. Bring along your favorite board game and enjoy an evening of games and fun with family and friends.

Many thanks to Upasana Dhawan Realty for donating the glow bands. The kids loved it and it was the perfect add-on to the dance and music.

The Parents Council appreciates the generous contributions made at the Annual Dancethon towards funding STEM projects at school. A big thank you Alton Village! Notable is also the efforts students put in towards collecting these funds.
