@svershbow Same! This is my foster, Santa Lucía, left at a high-kill shelter in Florida where she spent weeks waiting for someone to show interest. She was clearly overbred and had mammary tumors. I’ve had her since July and she’s the most sassy little senior I’ve ever met. I love her.

@svershbow @amyepen @kris_ten15 Outdoor play time is key for us! I have the opposite situation (foster is the queen of the house) and my basset gets pushed around by her. I take them outside for play time, and give each their space indoors. They eventually learn to tolerate each other. 🤣
