However, the president represents all American citizens equally, all American citizens should have EQUAL say when electing the president. Period!

Why give more weight/prestige to a vote in Wyoming vs. a vote in CA? This example can be applied to Texas which is in the same boat as CA..

1-Wyoming has 3 electoral votes for a population around 580,000
2-California has 54 electoral votes for a population around 39 millions
One VOTE in Wyoming is equal to almost 4 VOTES in California. It is totally unfair
