📌 اشترط البنك المركزي على الشركات الراغبة في استيراد المنتجات البترولية إيداع ضمان قدره 200 كيلوغرام من الذهب عيار 21 لدى بنك السودان، قبل الحصول على شهادة عدم الممانعة المطلوبة لإكمال إجراءات الاستيراد، بحسب خطاب موجه إلى وزير الطاقة والنفط بتاريخ 14 يونيو 2026

📌 الإجراء يأتي في إطار إحكام الضوابط المنظمة لعمليات استيراد المنتجات البترولية وضمان التزام الشركات العاملة في القطاع، على أن يتم التحقق من استيفاء الشرط عبر تنسيق مباشر بين وزارة الطاقة والنفط ومصفاة السودان للذهب

📌أكد بنك السودان أن القرار يسري اعتباراً من تاريخ اعتماده، ويُطبق على جميع طلبات استيراد المنتجات البترولية المقدمة عبر منصة “بندا” الخاصة بإجراءات الاستيراد
