As an early participant and builder in the Alkanes ecosystem, I lost 105 $DIESEL due to a serious protocol/indexer flaw during a legitimate AMM swap on UniSat.

Gas spiked → CPFP acceleration → missing OP_RETURN → indexer lost my assets.
The 546 sats UTXO is still **fully locked and never spent**.

This was **NOT** user error. It was caused by imperfections in the official tooling.

@judoflexchop as the founder, I expect the team to take responsibility. Early builders should not bear 100% of the financial loss from protocol issues.

I demand a fair recovery solution (re-indexing of intact UTXOs) instead of “just keep it locked and wait”.

Early builders and users should NOT be forced to bear the full financial loss of these issues. The team has a responsibility to provide technical support and a recovery path (re-indexing of intact UTXOs) for affected users.

I expect a fair solution, not just "keep your UTXO safe and wait".

The 546 sats UTXO is still locked in my wallet and has never been spent. Gabe @gabe_subfrost from the team confirmed it was missing OP_RETURN.
I understand recovery isn’t possible right now, but since the UTXO remains fully intact, I hope the team can consider re-indexing affected cases in future indexer/governance updates.
Hundreds of users might face the same issue. Please improve the accelerator/indexer to prevent more losses.
Will keep the UTXO safe and wait for any possible solution.
