35 years of partnership through the Upper Mississippi River Restoration program results in collection of critical data that informs decision making and incredible restoration projects! We are lucky to have this type of partnership working for the Upper MS River basin.
Today, we celebrate the 35th anniversary of the 1986 WRDA through which Congress acknowledged the international importance of the river ecosystem and navigation system and working in partnership among government and river interests. Happy birthday, Upper Miss River Restoration!
