@FNBSA your OTP system sucks today for payment authorizations. I was told I shouldn’t have any problems after calling your service centre earlier and being assisted. But it appears fruitless. The problem still persists, costing me valuable business downtime and expense. HELP!!!!

@CityofCT I reported a major water meter leak outside my property 3 days ago & also informed my ward Councillor who escalated it. The gushing fresh water is causing huge inconvenience to my neighbours and what about my water bill? The non response from the City is APPALING !

@qatarairways Day #4. No response and assistance from Privilege Club, your baggage handling company in Cape Town and your baggage service in Doha for my missing bag. None of your specified channels provide any relief. So much for 12 years of loyalty and being a Platinum member.
@qrsupport Not good enough. Done that. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t tell me any new information which I do not know already. Unhelpful and uninspiring. Stock standard responses and no helpful advice on where my bag is & when I will receive. Premium fares. Poor customer service when it matters.
