و ساءنا ما تعرضنا له كأسرة الطبطبائي و جميع الأقرباء و الأحباء مع الشعور بحالة من الغبن الذي لا يعلمه إلا الله ، بعد أن استقبلناه فرحين و مبتهجين على انتهاء مدة محكوميته و عودته لبيته مرافقا أبناءه الذين استلموه من بوابة السجن بشكل نظامي ، و انتشر خبر الإفراج عنه إعلاميا و في وسائل التواصل ، ثم هو من قرر السفر مع أهله لتغيير الجو و الراحة عبر الحدود و خرج منها بالطريقة النظامية المعتادة ، ثم نفاجأ في اليوم التالي مقطع تصويره مقبوضا عليه و بأنه " متهم هارب " و نشره عبر وسائل الإعلام و إيداعه في السجن مرة أخرى و لا نعلم سبب كل ذلك حتى الان !
