@philllewellyn @brettruganalyst @SamLStandsUp On the LO one, yes it should probably be enforced but if the odd one gets missed (as you point out) it doesn’t really give the hooker any real advantage, so I wouldn’t make a meal of it.

What do you want the officials to do here? Why does it matter if during one line out his feet aren’t correct?
