@angeIatheart I find the best way to get out of depression is to forgive myself for having it. When I forgive myself, I can lean into the self-care that I really need.

@angeIatheart Emotions are there to tell us when something is wrong, or right, with us. The more we numb them out, the less in touch with ourselves we are.
It's ok to not be ok.
Stay strong and work through your emotions and thing WILL get easier.
