In case they need reminding, I’ve compiled a list of all the times Doug Ford and his housing minister Steve Clark said they wouldn’t touch the #Greenbelt (caution: long 🧵 ahead):
UPDATE June 3: Only about 22% of Ontario actually voted for Doug Ford, 59% of those that voted DID NOT vote for him and only about 43% of Ontario voted at all. This is our un-democratic First Past the Post system @FairVoteCanada
What happened to the money and the program for those stupid proximity bracelets meant to beep at you if not distancing? I mean I'm glad I've never seen them because #COVIDisAirborne so they're pretty pointless, but Ontario spent at least $2.5mil on them. https://t.co/3SSeuK5Mw5
Doug Ford says the "worst place you can ever give money to is the government."
He must be talking about his own government.
As Ontarians struggled during the pandemic, the PC government held back $670M budgeted for public health, $554M for schools and $1.1B for social supports.
Ontario's Election Finances Act makes it illegal for a person to donate money that isn't theirs. (This is to prevent a company or union from funnelling money to political parties through people.)
Also, it's illegal for the parties to accept such donations.

As first reported by @Alan_S_Hale, the company FH Health recently got a sole-sourced contract to run vaccine clinics. @TarasNatyshak is holding news conference right now calling this egregious and is asking @ElectionsON to investigate. #onpoli

BREAKING: Not only did all board members of FH Health each donate max permitted amount to @OntarioPCParty within a few days of each other last fall, so did a bunch of their family members and colleagues, the @OntarioNDP has revealed. #onpoli
NEW: Five Ontario 'hot spots' getting vaccine priority are actually less hard-hit by #COVID19 than the average neighbourhood.
I’ve uncovered this by examining the data on rates of infections, hospitalizations and deaths.
