I love it when I’m doing a factory or an industrial tour and they tell me that I can “take pictures because they are not the government.” 😆 It’s more than a media post- it’s an opportunity to showcase your brand to customers and talent. 🔥
The real responsibility of leadership is simple but it’s not easy. It’s the challenge to keep going the best that we can, rising when our peers can’t carry it any longer (with discernment and empathy) and answering the calls to lead as they come.

@zanehengsperger So there are a few out there. IMO, the most successful tactics I’ve seen for this are in person job fairs. I think we talked to ~40 entry level engineering candidates at the one earlier this week in Stillwater. Skills assessment and training is also a critical part of the process

@MfgHappyHour This is an excellent find. I think about re-shoring a lot. It would take a lot. It would be intense for the industry for a while, but this is pretty well thought out idea. The real question is- who’s brave enough to go first and when can we expect for you to find/talk to them?
