We are pleased to announce that Calderwood, a fund governance and compliance firm headquartered in the Cayman Islands, has been engaged to provide independent governance services in connection with the previously announced review of the AXIA Project.

While the review is underway, exchanges of AXC V1 Coins remain suspended, as does the issuance of AXIA debit cards, gift cards and weekly burns of AXC Coins. Any existing AXC Coins will remain unaffected (whether held in AXIA Capital Bank accounts or in self-custody wallets).
