🚨 FRAUD ALERT: H-1B Visa and Real Estate Marketing fraud scheme in Texas summed up.

1. Person from India, Pakistan, etc. opens a H-1B company and hires “immigrants.”
2. These new “immigrants” need a place to live, so the corporate person or someone connected to them rents an apartment.
3. Once a non-applicant “tenant with a new job” moves in they start milking the system – including taxpayer assisted FHA loans.
4. Once the FHA loan is ready, they buy a house in the suburbs with our hard earned tax dollars – then bring the rest of their family from overseas to join them.
5. And, re-sublease the apartment illegally and underneath the apartment complex. Neither house or apartment hits the market ever again.

In Texas, an H-1B family of 4 gets up to $500,000 in tuition assistance. Seems unbelievable doesn’t it? In California it is close to $750,000$.

That’s because an H4 dependent of an H-1b is eligible for in-state tuition assistance, after 12 months of state residency.

And this is true in most US states.

It badly impacts State colleges and pushes our US citizens out of state colleges, and into more expensive institutions, which many cannot afford.

H4 dependents should go home and get their free education in India. Or they should pay the full ride, just like all the other foreign students on F-1.

Absolutely insane that we have allowed this to go on for decades.

We take money from the poorest Texans and give it away to the richest foreign families so foreign kids can get free college education.

The Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office reviewed a case involving 3 Christian men accused of harassing USF Muslim students as they were praying on campus

University of South Florida police “filed multiple charges including disturbing schools and religious and other assemblies, disorderly conduct, and disrupting school or lawful assembly”

Update: The case proceeded earlier in the year and misdemeanor charges were filed against the 3 students

The police attempted to get hate crime enhancements to the charges but only misdemeanor charges moved forward

Their attorney argued this violated their right free speech

The McKinney Planning and Zoning Commission just UNANIMOUSLY (7-0) approved plans for a massive new mosque and Islamic center in your neighborhood.

The McKinney City Council is taking final action imminently (August 4).

This is exactly what I was sounding the alarm on: the McKinney Islamic Association building a large-scale hub on 5+ acres, with leaders openly talking about explosive Muslim migration into the area and planning for the next 50-60 years.

Imam tied to Egyptian government/Al-Azhar, links to Islamic Tribunals pushing Sharia jurisprudence.

DId you HEAR THAT - Mohamed AlGebaly, Imam of McKinney Islamic Association, is also President of the Islamic Tribunal (IT) - a SHARIA COURT operating in Texas! WHY IS THIS ALLOWED?

Texas leaders had over a year of warnings. Did anyone ever try deporting this radical Imam!? Anyone?

They couldn't (or wouldn't) stop it.
