Czech Republic and South Korea, I believe you understand the assignment. Two more matches, with the entire Africa behind you, and South Africa will be on the first flight out of North America to protect their jobs back home. 😂
The World Cup starts today and its Mexico vs South Africa. As Africans, we will be cheering Mexico to victory against a so-called African country that maltreats fellow Africans #xenophobia
@BBCAfrica Definitely not South Africa, because they are attacking fellow Africans. We say no to #Xenophobia by South Africans against fellow Africans.
Who will want to travel and invest in those Gulf countries again after seeing what is happening now? How much will it cost them to reconstruct what is being destroyed and to restore confidence of investors?
The biggest losers in this useless war are the Gulf countries, not Iran, not US. The monies they're loosing daily due to closures of their airspaces alone is more than whatever amount they think the US will invest in them, not to talk of what is been destroyed and the aftermath
One thing has remained constant about wars, and that is, you only know how and when to start them, but how to end them is always the problem, and it has proven to be always costlier than anticipated.
May God bring an end to this nonsense. #PeaceNotWar
My role model died today. A true patriot. A globally recognized man of integrity, honesty and humility; traits I aspire to have in life. This loss is personal to me. Allah ya haskaka makwanci Baba, yasa aljanna firdaus ne makoma. Ameen
Our Baba
He would make the joke and join us in the laughter. That was our Baba Buhari.
Behind the image of a firm and disciplined leader was a man of warmth, humility and quiet humour. He took us not just as aides, but as his children. He guided us with a fatherly hand. Baba didn’t need to raise his voice to command respect, his character did that on its own.
We will miss his presence. We will miss his words , which are always measured, wise and rooted in truth. We will miss his leadership — calm in chaos, firm in storms and always anchored in principle.
For those of us who walked closely with him, who learned at his feet, who saw the man beyond the title, his memory is a personal treasure. A treasure we will carry in our hearts for the rest of our lives.
Goodbye, Baba!
Commendable indeed. Hopefully, this will impact crop production. Will be great if the FMoA puts some monitoring indicators along with the distribution (LGAs received and number, number of farmers' lands/size ploughed in every LGA, State & National in duration of days/weeks/mths
“We're faced with a nation that is on edge of bankruptcy, and that's the truth.” - President Tinubu today during the swearing-in of seven new ministers.
‼️‼️Still On Agricultural Sector‼️‼️
Flashback:
“It’s either we eat what we grow, we grow what we eat or we die”…..Baba @MBuhari May 23 2023
There is only one way of defending our sovereignty and that is becoming self sufficient in our food production or at least achieving a comparative advantage where God has blessed us
The farmers are not your problem, it is the cost of production that leads to food inflation
Solving the problem is not by flooding our economy with imported food items
You are killing the livelihoods of millions of Nigerian farmers and creating employment opportunities for the countries you importing from while denying same to your huge population
I leave the other economic implications like ability to access Fx with our fx supply constraints to the economists
Before you come for me with this scam of 6 months temporary import of food to tackle inflation
Remember we survived Covid-19 pandemic between 2020-2022 without food imports
We must consider the security implications of making millions of farmers redundant in Nigeria
