It is very unfortunate that hundreds of Ladakhi Hajj pilgrims have been forced to return home without their luggage due to gross mismanagement and administrative failure by @MOMAIndia and the concerned authorities.
Pilgrims spend their hard-earned savings to undertake this sacred journey with dignity. Subjecting them to such inconvenience at the conclusion of their pilgrimage is unacceptable and reflects a serious failure of planning and responsibility.
Why has no accountability been fixed for such a major lapse?
The authorities must immediately ensure the safe and timely delivery of all stranded baggage, publicly explain the reasons behind this failure, and hold those responsible accountable. The dignity and welfare of Hajj pilgrims cannot be treated with such negligence.

A truly commendable initiative by the dedicated volunteer youth of @JUIAK_Ladakh .
Despite repeated appeals to the responsible authorities like @nhidcl over the deteriorating condition and unattended potholes on the #Kargil#Zanaskar national highway from 0 to 30kms, no meaningful action was taken. Refusing to remain silent spectators to public inconvenience and risk, these young volunteers stepped forward with a spirit of selfless service and collective responsibility, undertaking the work of filling potholes through self-help efforts in Minji #Kargil.
This act reflects the true essence of community service — where citizens rise to serve society when institutions fail to respond.

We welcome the government's wise decision to revoke the NSA against Shri Sonam Wangchuk. This thoughtful move opens a window of opportunity for meaningful dialogue on the legitimate aspirations of the people of Ladakh. We are hopeful that this positive gesture will lead to a peaceful and just resolution for all. #Ladakh

I urge Hon’ble Union Home Minister @AmitShah ji to note that @Wangchuk66’s peaceful marches, fasts, and protests are not for ‘vyaktigat’ or personal causes but for the collective aspirations of the people of Ladakh. Sonam Wangchuk today embodies the sentiment of every Ladakhi, from Matayan to Chushul.
I have full faith that the leadership of LAB & KDA will raise this issue firmly in the 22 Oct meeting and honor the sacrifices made by Sonam Wangchuk and the people of Ladakh for our future.

4 lives were lost during the Ladakh protests.
No justice, no accountability, no investigation into who ordered the firing.
Why are they not in the headlines? Why is their sacrifice being forgotten?
Their blood deserves answers, not silence. #JusticeForMartyrs#JusticeForLadakh
The pressing needs to remodel the infrastructure and traffic system at Baroodo kargil. The current infrastructure is causing significant congestion and difficulties for commuters during both morning and evening peak hours
@JUIAK_Ladakh@dc_Kgl
seems unfair that vehicles from Ladakh are being charged a toll of 50 rupees when traveling via Sonamarg, previously exempt from paying this fee We are being forced to pay the toll twice in Ganderbal District
