It’s officially Spider-Man Week & I can’t help but look back on one of my favorite comic book characters ever. I love Peter Parker- I think he’s such a brilliant protagonist because he’s relatable as hell despite his super powers. I also always love & appreciate the role New York City plays in these stories. All of which is on display in Sam Raimi’s first Spider-Man back in 2002, which is still a genre-defining film. I’m ready to hang with Parker again on Thursday night.
