“Anonymous2022arizona” direct email communication with top level AHCCCS OIG official Julie Culton.

2022 “anonymous” tips to AHCCCS regarding Newfound Hope (later admitted as trial exhibits in a completed proceeding).

The communications contain explicit speculation and unverified allegations—including references to client volume, operations, a tense incident involving parents and a child, and a reported infant death—with no supporting evidence provided by the tipster.

According to court transcripts, these tips were never investigated by any agency nor verified for authenticity. Conversely, evidence was produced to refute the allegations.
