@TheUCS473 I did my first tour in 79 and was told that there was an agreement with pira (that they honoured) that as long as coffee pot was easily identifiable (wearing a regulation skirt) and unarmed they wouldn’t be targeted.
It didn’t stop them getting hit by culvert IEDs though
