@AmazonHelp My Amazon account was hijacked — email and phone were changed by someone else and I’ve lost access. My card info is on the account. I’ve contacted support many times but can’t get it escalated. Can someone from the Account Security team help?

@AmazonHelp I told him to not my number down in case we got disconnected he said he didn’t need to he’d be able to call me back by pushing a button. Another lie.
I need a resolution cause they have my account and nobody on your team is helping me. o

@AmazonHelp she put me on hold but the call dropped when she came back on line but since she didn’t have my phone number I had to call back firstj the 15th time and speak to another supervisor.

@AmazonHelp I have trued speaking to yourcustomer service 15 times. They’re not helpful! They have told me it was escalated each time but each time I called back I found out they had lied. One of the supervisors today tried to help,
