This week at conferences I had a parent comment that she loves how I speak to the kids- making even the smallest things they mention I make feel so important.
It all goes back to respect! Even with our youngest learners!

The night before @McCannEllie started treatment, I tearfully told her there is no way I can do this mom thing without her. Without missing a beat she said, you won’t!
...So here is she, 2 infusions in with some extra @loveyourmelon motivation, kicking some serious cancer butt.
