Some expensive lessons that I've learnt. I share with you now so you can learn them without the expense...
If you're buying allocations on launchpads or doing private/seed raises take note. But applies to all...
A 🧵, not a long one but a 🧵 nonetheless
1/ Pop culture quiz.
Luke Skywalker blew up the Death Star with over a million people aboard. Did you walk out of the cinema asking whether the Rebellion were terrorists?
No. You knew who built the superweapon. Context told you exactly who to blame.
Hold that thought. 🧵
Elon Musk defended America better than every politician in Washington combined.
Musk: “After World War 2, the US could have basically taken over the world and any country. Like we got nukes, nobody else got nukes. We don’t even have to lose soldiers. Which country do you want?”
One nation on earth held a weapon nobody else had.
Total dominance. Zero competition. No risk of retaliation.
Every empire in history that held that kind of advantage used it.
Rome. The Mongols. The British. The Ottomans.
They conquered until they collapsed.
America had a bigger advantage than all of them combined.
And it rebuilt the countries it just defeated.
Musk: “The United States actually helped rebuild countries. So it helped rebuild Europe, it helped rebuild Japan. This is very unusual behavior, almost unprecedented.”
Almost unprecedented?
It had never happened before. Not once in 5,000 years of recorded history.
The Marshall Plan wasn’t foreign aid.
It was the most radical act of restraint any superpower ever committed.
America turned its enemies into allies. Turned rubble into economies. Turned surrender into partnership.
Germany went from ashes to the economic engine of Europe in a generation.
Japan went from unconditional surrender to the third largest economy on earth.
Three years after the war, America was flying food into Berlin.
A city in the heart of the nation that just tried to destroy it.
That’s not policy.
That’s a civilization deciding what it is at the exact moment it has the power to be anything.
You’re being told a story right now.
That America is the villain of history.
You hear it everywhere. Media. Universities. Social platforms.
Musk: “There’s always like, well America’s done bad things. Well of course America’s done bad things, but one needs to look at the whole track record.”
Every nation on earth has dark chapters. Every single one.
The difference is what a country does when nobody can stop it.
And when nobody could stop America, it fed its enemies and rebuilt their cities.
Musk: “The history of China suggests that China is not acquisitive. Meaning they’re not going to go out and invade a whole bunch of countries.”
Probably right.
China has historically built walls, not fleets.
But the real question isn’t about borders anymore.
We’re approaching a moment that mirrors 1945 in ways nobody has fully processed yet.
AI is going to give a handful of people a power advantage that makes nuclear monopoly look quaint.
If someone is going to hold that kind of power, who do you want it to be?
The country that conquered when it could? Or the one that rebuilt when it didn’t have to?
Every alliance. Every trade route. Every economy.
Billions lifted out of poverty.
All of it traces back to one act of restraint that had never been done before.
And carries no guarantee of being repeated.
The most powerful thing America ever did wasn’t building the bomb.
It was what it didn’t do after.
Trump, the President of another country is responsible for everything happening to Canada.
Carney, the Prime Minister of Canada is not responsible for anything happening to Canada.
Do you see how stupid that sounds?
The amazing @lalshareef explains how Israel removed Jews from Gaza in 2005 to get peace, leaving behind greenhouses worth millions of dollars.
The Palestinians looted the greenhouses, and Gaza was turned into a terror fortress.
This must go viral.
As an Iranian with rare unrestricted internet access with Starlink, I must speak:
Iranian families are huddled in fear tonight. This talk of “finalizing” a deal with the Islamic Republic is our worst nightmare.40,000+ Iranians slaughtered — for JCPOA 2.0?
Why abandon the path that was finally confronting the regime?
The Strait of Hormuz was never closed. We struck to end the nuclear threat, crush radical Islam, and stop the massacre of our people. Instead we get a fake deal that achieves none of it. The regime will keep slaughtering Iranians and racing toward the bomb. They don’t honor agreements — everyone knows this.
This is defeat. A humiliating surrender by the side that was winning.
I implore you, @realDonaldTrump, @netanyahu and the free world: reconsider. Most Iranians won’t sleep tonight, glued to satellite TV as many don'thave internet. If this deal is signed, history will record the unprecedented shame of a victor choosing surrender.
Free Iran will never forget. Pray for us tonight

This real-time 1948 article from The Economist completely destroys the modern “Nakba” narrative that was invented decades later as political propaganda.
Straight from British eyewitnesses in Haifa, October 2, 1948:
“Jewish authorities urged all Arabs to remain in Haifa and guaranteed them protection and security ... However, of the 62,000 Arabs who formerly lived in Haifa, not more than 5,000 or 6,000 remained.
The most potent factor was the announcements made over the air by the Arab Higher Executive, urging the Arabs to quit ... those who remained and accepted Jewish protection would be regarded as renegades.”
They didn’t flee because of “Zionist ethnic cleansing.”
They fled because Arab leaders ordered them to get out of the way so their armies could “drive the Jews into the sea.”
Then they lost the war they started — and spent the next 77 years rewriting history to blame the Jews.
The “Nakba” you were taught? Pure revisionist fiction.
🇮🇱🇵🇸 Hamas brought written instructions on how to rape their victims.
That's not speculation anymore, it's in today's "Silenced No More" report.
2 years. 430 testimonies. 10,000 images analyzed. Legal conclusion: it was systematic, deliberate, genocidal.
They filmed it, sent the footage to the families. Assaulted victims after death. Targeted faces specifically... to destroy what their families would bury.
The UN stalled for 2 years. Some academics still call the evidence thin.
1,800 hours of footage reviewed frame by frame disagrees.
Hamas used rape as written, distributed, coordinated strategy on October 7. That is now the legal, documented, unimpeachable record.
The question was never the evidence. What's the real reason for the delay?
The most comprehensive report on sexual violence during the October 7th massacre
It is time for the UN to officially list Hamas as a perpetrator of systematic sexual violence as a weapon of war.
The thread is about 6 key findings
