@ThePerfumeShop So I agree to a replacement being sent out as a refund would take too long - which I explained. The response I get … “we have issued a refund”. Seriously @ThePerfumeShop … sort your customer services out!!!

@ThePerfumeShop I still had to complete a form a second time because of your incompetent system. Note to self and anyone reading this … never ever order from @ThePerfumeShop - absolutely shocking customer experience (mainly based on your system rather than people). Definitely needs working on!
@ThePerfumeShop I have completed the form to confirm I have not received the parcel through your website with my details - yet I need to provide a screenshot to prove I have completed the form through your website?! That makes no sense. Please refund me or send a replacement. Very frustrating
… @HastingsHelp / @HastingsDirect - why is my buildings insurance renewal quote 162% up from last year …. Yet when I do a quote on your website, it’s pretty much the same as last year?! Are you not wanting to keep existing customers?
@Claires_Help placed an order before 7am yesterday, paying extra for it to be delivered today. It’s not here. Was for my 3 year olds preschool Christmas party tomorrow - so now she won’t have the item. I paid next day delivery because I needed it today. Will I be refunded p&p??
.@Hermesparcels just tried to email your customer services email address which no longer exists. I don’t want to pay to phone your customer service number for you delivering a parcel to my address in error - not even the right village. How can I get it collected?!
