My 4th graders have their first ACC Tournament bracket filled out and ready to go for the start of the ACC Tourney!!! There was no hesitation in their decision for who should win the ACC tourney @DukeMBB .. #dukefans#bringthemadness
We loved learning about using Canva today from @GDerrSDOL!!! Now a few of my kiddos are teaching their new Canva skills to other Apple Pips!! #studentsteachingstudents#canvafun
Hey @DukeMBB let my class know if you need help analyzing your stats!! We’ve been learning about decimals, fractions and identifying equivalent fractions. So we’ve been analyzing your free throws by players and as a team and learning how to find percentages!

Today a 4th grader told me when Duke’s first basketball game is and that he’s going to watch them play!!!
Love sharing my passion for watching Duke men’s basketball team and hearing them get interested too!!

@TCEA @tceajmg Love this! As I move to 4th grade, this makes me wonder how I can implement this after giving a unit pre-assessment or just after introducing a unit of study to help kids acknowledge what they’re glows and grows are for the unit.
Today was World Hijab Day! I’m honor of a classmate we read The Proudest Blue and decorated hijabs. Their classmate had the biggest smile across her face when they showed her their decorated hijab & asked her if she would wear it!!❤️moments like this! #RepresentationMatters
Loved hearing strategies my kiddos used to solve our NC word problem today!! They always amaze me with their thinking and I love how all students can relate to someone else’s thinking!!!! #welovemath#littlemindsmakingbigconnections
