@KenyaPower_Care hi, I don't understand how a ticket can be marked resolved when I have been calling the tram the whole day to get feedback on the outage. I'm currently still in the dark for over 12 hours. All I hear is a team has been dispatched. No further updates.

@KenyaPower_Care Again, there is no power. Could you guys get your act together? Shanzu serena area every single day we have to have an outage. Not one, multiple. It's frustrating and, at this point, seems like weaponised incompetence. For more than 2 months, we have been complaining to no avail.

@KenyaPower_Care @Bryant_Rey254 Seems like the whole of Mombasa will be waking up to suhur in darkness. Shanzu area also dark and it seems for us it's the order of the day. I now have trauma from the outages. Guaranteed to lose power every day this past few weeks for long periods without any communication

@david_osore @MwangoCapital Well, it's a difficult choice. Pleasing investors with scalability or creating a sustainable business model. Most VCs want their money in the shortest period but a great business requires patience, breaking things along the way and fixing fast, learning & adapting.

@muthoni_njakwe Reading this has made me realise that perceptions blind us. We see things based on what we can relate to or have experienced.

I pray we find a way to relate but also remove ourselves from the experience and view things from a wider lens. For all experiences we face in life

I only remember the few fighting to make sure the politics is of the, for the, by the people. What were they fighting against? Wasn't it the transactionality that wasn't benefitting the people?

Looking at developed nations and how they got to where they're now, innovations proceeded institutions.

We focus on solving our problems innovatively, and the chips will fall accordingly.

@userkarugah Some of us got the confirmation when we saw the proceeding of the finance bill and how all the leaders took it (by being silent or speaking). I resolved to empower myself and hopefully help others empower themselves. Then, we can reform institutions. Until then, God be with us 🙏🏾
