Like, the current fic has to be written from Fukuzawa's pov to work, but maintaining consistent characterization is a pain in the a--, especially when the entire point is that his current state is not stable

Because mentally he's still . . . normal, I guess, but physically and emotionally he's currently in his 20s which comes with its own set of problems, but he's ALSO trying to mind over matter himself into being fine bc he doesn't want the others to worry and it's just AAAAAAAAARGH
