@AirbnbHelp Do not come back to me to say its been investigate - @Airbnb sided with the Host and didn’t want to accept any responsibility for the lack of security in what is clearly an area that needs it ! Isn’t that why you have Host insurance ?!
@airbnb I think people need to understand the atrocious response when a client has one of your homes forcefully broken into in #simonstown#capetown#southafrica & has their possessions stolen. Even though the property clearly had insufficient security you took no responsibility

So @airarabiagroup how does one get a response from you ? You cancelled my flight and I’ve asked for a full refund - not a credit or to book another flight. I know you’re under a lot of strain but it’s been many weeks I’ve been waiting. Not great customer service.

So I am still waiting for @AmazonAE or Amazon US to address the issue of their vendor refusing to dispatch my order as they have put their price up after I placed the order. Is this fair @JeffBezos or don’t you give a hoot ?!
@AmazonHelp And I am getting more and more frustrated and angry by Amazons lack of attention and putting the onus on me, as the customer, the whole time.
@AmazonHelp Yes and I’ve filled out several forms and keep getting told I’m dealing with the ‘wrong’ Amazon. No one actually has the guts to sort this out.
This is truly embarrassing, for you, @AmazonAE@amazon@AmazonHelp@JeffBezos. You’re taking the position of @sokeface as a vendor over your customer (me). Your simple answer is I should cancel my order when in fact they (and Amazon) are in the wrong.
Ok @AmazonAE what is going on ?! I’ve ordered something (I think from the US) that was due to be delivered in a few days. Nothing delivered. I just got a message saying it was delayed but no explanation. I’m now getting told the vendor is refusing to ship it…after many exchanges
@AmazonHelp I’ve ordered a product from the US and your vendor is now refusing to deliver my order as they have increased the price AFTER my order was accepted. How is that acceptable ?
