@MagmaSlasher @BetrayalsStage If it becomes mandatory to play the weird route to get the true ending, i'll play it, because i adore deltarune, and will want to play it to the end. I will also think less of the game, and will have to tell a friend of mine to stop playing it because of trigger warnings.

@AMonsterIGuess @MagmaSlasher This would be a good argument if the weird route was a separate ending like genocide route, and not as is being suggested here, a mandatory darker way more uncomfortable route necessary to get the main ending of an otherwise fairly lighthearted rpg. With dark themes, mind you.

@MagmaSlasher @BetrayalsStage I love deltarune, i've played every single chapter the moment they released, i would just feel icky and gross playing through the weird route, just like how i dislike being evil when playing a game like baldurs gate, so i would be sad if i had to play it to get the normal ending.

@RhockoHarrison Would be pretty sad about it personally, though its cool in concept. I get that a lot of people find the weird route cool, but i would just get depressed playing it, so i'd hope i wouldnt have to play it to access the ending. It'd be like if true pacifist required geno first.

@pisssippa enjoyed the elden ring videos a lot, but i do get why people who arent superfans of that game might prefer games in the background that dont require as much active engagement. I think elden ring is better if the creator focuses more on it. Still sad its gone tho
