@Boltapp_ng took a trip 5 days ago, estimate 600-800 naira. The driver was to pick up something & drop off 13 min away. He went a full 30 mins away & said his map misdirected him. I was charged 2200. Reported the case to customer care and provided details, no response for 4 days!

@ntelng My mifi has not been working for a full day , except to open the ntel page😡 I paid 4 days ago for the 48GB plan yet the internet has been slow, disconnecting often and asking me to dial up, now it's just plain stopped working. Very disappointed
