What is the role of a FATHER in the life of a child in matrimonial disputes? Just an ATM?
NRI father is paying 40k per month to his Doctor Wife exclusively for his autistic daughter. He came to India on a 10 days leave to meet his daughter and to check her well being because his estranged wife does not allow the weekly video call even after more than a dozen court orders for the same.
Father managed to secure a 3 days visitation custody for his daughter after running in courts for five continuous days. Even after the court order his wife refused to hand over the child to him. He approached the Family Court again. Judge ordered the SHO of the Beta2 Police Station of the @noidapolice to ensure the compliance of the order.
Police came and the wife refused again. Police expressed their inability to execute the order and instead started threatening the Father to arrest him for breach of peace.
We have few genuine questions:
1. Who will execute the court order if Police will express their inability to act against a woman?
2. Why Police is so scared to act against a woman and instead chooses to vent their frustration on the victim Men in such cases.
And, this is not the case of any individual Father or any specific Police Officer but this is becoming a norm. Do we need to call Military to execute the orders of Family Court now?

CCTV में कैद हुई खौफनाक सच:-
पहले मारी टक्कर, फिर गला दबाकर जान लेने की कोशिश

यह घटना उत्तर प्रदेश के झांसी जिले के प्रेम नगर थाना क्षेत्र की है

यहां एक युवक छोटे बच्चे को स्कूटी सीख रहा था ।इसी दौरान गाड़ी अनियंत्रित हो गई और राह चलते एक व्यक्ति को जोड़ता टक्कर मार दी

घायल व्यक्ति की मदद करने के बजाय युवक उसे लात घूसों से ��ारने पीटने लगा और उसका गला दबाया ।

यह पूरी घटना पास में लगे CCTV कमरे में कैद हो गई पुलिस की ढिलाई के कारण पीड़िता को अबतक न्याय नहीं मिला है

क्योंकि आरोपी दबंग है CCTV फुटेज के आधार पर पीड़िता को न्याय मिलना चाहिए
