One of the biggest takeaways from my first year of coaching is that you will get as much love and respect out of the players as you put in, and the more you put in the more you will get out of your players.

Trent Ormsby is Michigan City‘s defensive coordinator. His dad Scott, one of his coaching mentors, is the Wolves linebackers coach. Scott played at Rogers and Trent for City before going on to Marian, where injuries ended his playing career but actually led him into coaching.
