Wow, an out of control moving truck crashed into several vehicles today in Maryland today.

One of those vehicles was a @cybertruck, that ended up being split in half by the impact! The cabin is entirely intact, protecting the occupants, who only received minor injuries.

Property tax is a state issue though. Capital gains is a federal issue.

My point still stands, these taxes are unrelated and comparing them is very misleading.

Apolgize, but the fact that so many “working class” family’s primary store of wealth is their home is part of the problem with our society. You are correct, not disagreeing, but it is a problem that so many working class family’s buy homes too costly that prevent them from saving and building wealth outside of their home equity.

As far as my point, it’s still true.
