They are 1.36 billion in debt. The owner has recently wiped out another 4.36 billion of debt.
Theyve been in trouble twice in Italy over Serie A streams being poor or failing completely resulting in refunds

@talkSPORT By default the potential Dazn deal is bad for the armchair fan because they wouldnt be able to watch every single game live.
Fans would prefer majority of games on a linear channel. DAZN can't do that presently with just 1 channel that is limited to Sky currently

@talkSPORT Dazn also proved they don't respect their subscribers by initially denying those with a current subscription access to their new SKY channel, they only backed down due to complaints. That's more debt not anticipated that will need covering.

They've also hiked subscription charges in last 3 years, and will do again if they get the rights. Buying EFL rights creates more debt which they will need to clear.

I doubt it.
Professional players don't regularly frequent pubs & when they do professional sports clubs put a stop to it.

Think yourself lucky you don't sit in the 'Pkatimum' seats. They've gone up £50 each.
If the seats are the arenas idea ehy are Panthers (and fans) paying for it?
Some of the seats don't even have a back to them.
