I've been giving entries here since;

> $0.16 (1593%)
> $0.38 (613%)

Every step of the way, even if you missed the early entries, I gave you proper setups to get the piece of the pie.

Today is the critical moment for $AIXI now. Let's lay out the facts here so you guys are not misguided by online hype statements;

> $AAPL has NOT been found guilty of infringement yet.

> No damages awarded yet.

> No injunction yet.

> The infringement trial / damages phase is still ongoing.

Most accounts here are SPECULATING that $AAPL will be found guilty and damages/compensation will happen.

Timing is very crucial here because momentum and sentiment is strong in this ticker for now but if the case with $AAPL drags out, we'll have a dilation in expectations, hype dies down and eventually price goes down with it.

Take $BYND for example where it went from $0.50 to $7.69 due to hype. Fundamentals didn't catch up and it went back down to $0.50s, a round trip as most of you guys call it.

Fundamentals hasn't changed for $AIXI. This is still a micro cap that has weak financials and cash burn concerns.

I want to re-iterate again that I am not bearish on this stock. I've given lots of guidance here to long since $0.16.

But I want to educate new traders here that only choose to hear, which is that this is going to $5-10 when there's no ACTUAL evidence or confirmation of $AAPL settling.

So until we see OFFICIAL news that $AAPL is found guilty and settlement confirmed, this remains a hyped play driven by market sentiment and volume.

Overall, this has been an amazing 1500% trade so you can't really downplay this as a shit trade if it drops from here, unless your execution is to buy high and sell low.

Right now, we want to make sure that price holds the pivot level of $1.30/1.25 for another potential bounce.

Under those levels is where current setup becomes invalidated.
