1. You know your coach is here for next 4 years so these players are going into a system they know. Not when that manager is sacked and a whole new system comes in and this players dont suit

Doesnt mean, your project cant be used a reference when a club wants to start something new.

You have had years to build a style. And you have 4/5 core players that make it work. Regardless

Stability is the key. Arteta has been there for 6 years means he has been able to build and maintain his culture. Meaning everyone that comes in are players that already knows what to expect. No way you think that isn’t true
