@dc_dhanbad No electricity in Shyam Nagar Bhuli Dhanbad from 4AM to 9AM and then from 1PM to till now. No water in the area. No one is even picking calls in the electricity dept. Kids are unable to study in this heat. Inverter has stopped working.

@dc_dhanbad No electricity in Shyam Nagar Bhuli Dhanbad for the last 2 days. No water in the area. Authorities are just wasting time. They deployed old Transformer and that also din't work. Now they are delaying it for tomorrow.
