I met Prof Gabriel Ogunmola today and I must say it's a privilege to sit and listen to him speak for over 5 hours. Let me start from the beginning: while waiting for him in his study I decided to Google his name so I would have an idea of who I'm expecting.
I fell in love with this scripture:
“There will come a time when your tears will fall, not because of your troubles, but because God has answered your prayers.”

Hire people who are single parents.
Hire people with gaps in their resumes.
