Dear @PMOIndia and @CMOMaharashtra,
Thousands of consumers, hospitals, and industries invested in solar energy based on net metering policies. However, recent MSEDCL billing changes have created serious concerns:
• Solar credits accumulated till March 2026 have reportedly been removed without benefit.
• Surplus solar power exported to the grid is not being fully adjusted against consumption.
• Additional charges of about ₹1.96 per unit are being levied on excess solar generation.
• These changes were introduced without adequate prior intimation.
This increases the financial burden on consumers who invested in solar systems, often through loans, and discourages adoption of renewable energy. It also risks reducing public confidence in government-backed clean energy initiatives.
We respectfully request urgent intervention and immediate review of these rules to protect consumers and uphold the spirit of India's solar mission.

@IndiGo6E The web check in process wasn't moving forward without selection of seats.. I had raised the issue at the time of check in baggage counter and your duty officer as well..
@DGCAIndia
Why do airlines charge for seats while web check in after already paying for the tickets?
This happened with me recently while traveling from Mumbai to Goa via indigo airlines
