He refused 6 Acre Raj Niwas & settled for a 12000 sq.ft official bungalow then.

Rs. 45 Cr is 0.06% of Delhi's annual budget which is the only 1 in India running in surplus of 1000s of crores (as per CAG) inspite of free education, health, water, electricity, bus transport, etc

Govt of India budget & many states are running in deficit loading debt pile yet PM / other CMs continue to splurge while depriving janta of basics. So we have to see cost-benefit
