To be more precise HSBC JMD Gurgaon Branch. They have just one reply we will check with HSBC Mumbai remittance team and update you , getting this answer since past 5 years. May I know the root cause why the remittance is delayed ?????

Nonsense bank.Receiving remittance bi-annually for 5 yrs. Bank takes avg 12-15 days to credit only after regular follow up
Last remittance recd on 20-Oct-22,not credited till 1-Nov-22
Icing on the cake,Branch unaware of any remittance/asking for all details from customer
