I registered a complaint for my split AC 2-3 weeks ago. During repair the engineer broke the blower and promised to repair it the next day. Since that day he hasn't come back and he is not receiving the call either. (1/2)

Hi @myntra , I had scheduled a return pickup of my 2 items and they were picked up on 7th July at 11:30am by one of your agents. But the status was not updated. And I haven't received refund also. I have raised complaint many times but still no resolution.
