@tim_cook My work is getting hampered due to all these unexpected happenings.
I request you to resolve my issue asap as my iphone has been damaged by either the AASP , or in transit or by Apple repair center. In any case i need my case to be resolved asap.

@tim_cook the bend is also not mentioned in the job sheet which was given to me at the time of iphone submission. I complained to Apple India but they are taking a lot of time resloving the issue and AASP is not taking any responsibility for the damage of my IPhone.

@tim_cook The Apple repair center returned my iphone without correcting the problems stating that my iPhone had unauthorised modifications. When i went to the AASP to collect my iphone i noticed a huge bend in my iphone which was not there when i submitted it to the AASP.

@tim_cook I have a iPhone 11. One month ago i was getting a problem in my iphone where sim card was not reading by my device. My Iphone is under warranty. I went to the AASP and they diagnosed it but after diagnosing i was told that the iphone will be sent to the apple repairs
