I don't follow politics but my favourite story is of how PV Narasimha Rao, as PM of India, requested Atal Behari Vajpayee, then Leader of the opposition, to lead India's delegation to the UN for a crucial debate on Kashmir. Vajpayee accepted the offer and they put political differences aside for the larger good of the country. That is a lovely way to live, with grace and respect amidst all other differences.
People don’t change fundamentally but they do evolve, they grow and become more self aware. Give someone a second chance and you might end up being surprised.
