This is honestly unacceptable.
Because of the massive delay of 20452, I’ve missed my reserved train 12956 even though I planned everything correctly. I had urgent work and now I’m stranded with no alternative.

What is the solution in such cases?
Can IRCTC provide a replacement ticket or arrange any support?
Passengers shouldn’t suffer because trains run 4–5 hours late.
