I got an email that says incomplete address at the time of pickup. Really sir/madam, incomplete adress when time to pick your damaged product but you find House adress when time to sell your damaged product.

@bigbasket_com Bigbasket is scammer. I ordered dhara mustered oil 5l yesterday and got a broken seal product and when i tried to check in the packet delivery partner stopped me to check say it's okay, I initiated the return but the delivery partner cancelled the pickup.
