- In his satsangs, he has repeatedly spoken about masturbation as a sinful act and portrayed it as something that deserves harsh punishment.

- According to claims circulating about Rashikh Dulari, a disciple of Premanand Maharaj, he allegedly experienced extreme shame after getting an erection, cut off his genitals and later died by suicide after jumping from a building.
