The video portrays a story of an impoverished boy who comes across health care waste and reuses it in a futile hope to save himself from the pandemic. It is followed with its consequence but eventually, the story rewinds to show us what could have been done in the right way.

The video unfolds with characters on their way to disseminate health care wastes in an open environment. It continues with an incident where the characters learn about proper management of health care wastes and realize their mistakes.
