Hon. Ato Forson thought we would not find out hmmm. In 2015, while Hon. Ato Forson was a member of the Bank of Ghana board, they tried to build a new Headquarters for the Bank. Ato Forson's board committed the bank to purchase 20-acre land @ $2.5 million an acre, a total of $50 million for the 20-acres land to build the same Bank of Ghana HQ, that he is now calling press conferences to criticize. Even though Ato Forson's board failed to purchase the land to build the HQ, they incurred a $1.2 million cost as a settlement for the land. Almost every governor of the Bank of Ghana since 1990, has tried to build a new HQ, except they couldn't go past securing the land to start the project. So, you see, NDC's hypocrisy is legendary.
